Phyllis was instrumental in helping us find a realtor in our home state of Maryland where we needed to sell our property before moving to Florida. Once again we were so happy to work with Phyllis Garfinkle. We have known Phyllis for over twenty years. Twenty years ago she found Winding Oaks for us and sold it when we moved to Mistletoe Lane. Just a few months ago she sold our home on Longboat Key. Needless to say, we love her personally and respect her professionally. My husband and I were so fortunate to work with her again.
Phyllis Garfinkle did an excellent job in marketing my property and also worked hard in getting the closing completed. It was not an easy closing due to the fact the buyers were Canadian and had no sense of urgency in providing necessary information. Phyllis has been working with my wife’s parents for years and they have always been happy with her work. We bought a home from a production builder, and with Teresa and myself both being in the construction industry, and it never crossed my mind that we would really need a Realtor in this transaction. Boy was I wrong! Phyllis provided us support in the Finish Selection process and since we were out of town buyers, she would drive by the house and send us periodic updates which were appreciated. Our lender was terrible and the process from accepting the loan to closing was harder than it needed to be. The day before the closing the lender said he would not be able to close; Teresa called Phyllis and Phyllis made it happen. Phyllis used her experience and her contacts to pull off a miracle and we closed as scheduled. I appreciate the integrity and professionalism Phyllis showed us throughout the transaction and we will always recommend her to others because she got the job done for her customers, which is more the exception than the rule in today’s society.
